There is an awful sameness in the causes of incidents and poor safety performance. It is not that there are no standards to follow or that these standards are not totally applicable to the company. The problem lies, on the one hand, to a lack of a robust Safety Management Systems and, on the other, an incomplete Hazard register that defines the methods available to reduce the risks from Hazards and or how to control them. This Coventry Academy Safety Measures and Hazard Control training course aims at setting the guidelines and knowledge base required in both the Safety Management Systems and also the control of Hazards that are present in the Process Industry.
