Cancellation Policy

To initiate a seminar cancellation, a written request must be submitted and received at least three (3) weeks before the scheduled seminar date. For each cancellation, a processing fee of US$ 250.00 per delegate will be applied. Beyond this point, we apologize, but we cannot facilitate fee refunds. However, we are pleased to accommodate a colleague as a substitute in such situations.
