Contracts Management Training Program

Coventry Academy offers a series of highly participative Contracts Management training courses which increase understanding of the legal and practical principles of contracting, from tender evaluation to in-contract management, conclusion and performance review, and to have a basic understanding of the principles underlying procurement.
