Whether its late delivery, failure to meet the client’s complete needs or unexpected costs, there is little doubt that involvement in an IT projects can be a pretty tough station! Effective project management is the key to addressing these pressures. Clear management of stakeholder requirements, activity scheduling and employee effort can support strong stakeholder engagement and post-project satisfaction. This Coventry Academy training course incorporates key IT activities such as software engineering methodology, requirements engineering and software quality assurance into generally accepted project management practices (wbs, scheduling etc.) to help delegates understand how they can manage IT projects effectively.
