Training Overview

Training Overview

In this Leading & Managing through Strategic Planning & Innovation training course, both strategic leaders and frontline professionals will learn how to develop, implement, and structure the necessary changes to ensure a new strategy, vision, or mission succeeds in today’s ever-changing environment. The first week focuses on creating the core strategies and plans to help the organization achieve its vision or goals. In week two, the course delves deeper into organizational development, teaching techniques to engage the workforce in embracing changes and actively contributing to problem-solving and the implementation of new strategies. It is highly recommended that strategic leaders attend both weeks.

Effective strategic leadership is crucial for the long-term success of any organization. It begins with defining a clear strategic vision—outlining the leadership team’s intent for the organization and its various sectors. This vision must then be translated into a practical agenda for action, which goes beyond a simple 'strategic plan' to become a roadmap that not only directs where the business needs to go but also empowers managers at all levels to make informed decisions in alignment with the organization’s overall direction.
