In this Leading & Managing through Strategic Planning & Innovation training course, both strategic leaders and frontline professionals will learn how to develop, implement, and structure the necessary changes to ensure a new strategy, vision, or mission succeeds in today’s ever-changing environment. The first week focuses on creating the core strategies and plans to help the organization achieve its vision or goals. In week two, the course delves deeper into organizational development, teaching techniques to engage the workforce in embracing changes and actively contributing to problem-solving and the implementation of new strategies. It is highly recommended that strategic leaders attend both weeks.
