Terms & Conditions

Each fee covers Documentation, Lunch, and Refreshments served throughout the seminar.

Mode of Payment:
Delegates can pay the course fee directly or request an invoice for their company/sponsor. Both credit card and cheque payments are accepted.

Cancellation / Substitution:
Cancellations must be made in writing and received three (3) weeks prior to the seminar date. A processing fee of US$ 250.00 will be charged per delegate for cancellations. After this period, refunds cannot be issued. However, you can substitute a colleague in your place.

Hotel Accommodation:
Hotel accommodation is not included in the course fee. Attendees may qualify for a reduced corporate rate and limited rooms at the venue hotel. Requests for reservations should be made at least three (3) weeks before the programme starts. Accommodation is subject to availability, and hotel terms and conditions apply.

Attendance Certificate:
A certificate of attendance will be awarded to delegates who successfully complete the entire programme, including the applicable Continuing Professional Education Units/Hours.

Force Majeure:
Circumstances beyond the Company’s control may lead to seminar postponement, venue change, or instructor substitution. The Company reserves the right to make such amendments.
