Training Overview

Training Overview

Over the first twenty-five years of this century, we have witnessed a rapidly changing global environment that has led to significant transformations in our political, economic, social, and technological systems. The “New Normal” created by these shifts has introduced a volatile mix of chaos and uncertainty, with profound consequences for organizations and their leadership. Much discussion has centered around organizational purpose, long-term sustainability, and how AI and digital transformation can be effectively integrated into existing work cultures. We are currently observing new remote workforce trends driven by innovative thinking to meet evolving demands; while these virtual practices can offer competitive advantages, they also introduce new challenges for managers and leaders.

While technology continues to rapidly transform our lives, it is crucial to remember that leadership and management are fundamentally human activities. It is paradoxical that, while managing technological innovation at a high level is now a key professional skill, the softer interpersonal skills of empathy, emotional intelligence, and a focus on employee well-being have never been more important for organizations. We are witnessing the rise of the “managerial leader,” a role that requires a more expansive set of leadership competencies compared to the traditional “transactional” approach.

The Management Essentials training course is based on psychological principles and offers practical tools and techniques that help both new and experienced managers navigate these challenging times. It addresses core management issues while exploring the broader concept of the “managerial leader.” The course provides guidance that ensures organizations and their people stay productive, connected, safe, and successful, while embracing the opportunities of digital transformation. It aims to equip managers with an expanding set of skills that promote inclusion, engagement, agility, and flexibility, all while recognizing the ongoing need for employee development.

This interactive learning experience will significantly enhance your practice, helping to shape “managerial leaders” who can confidently address the challenges of today’s world, drive performance, and chart a personal path for career growth.
